Are all retro games tested before shipping?

Yes. Every retro game cartridge we sell is thoroughly tested to ensure it meets the highest standards of performance. Each game is backed by our 100% quality guarantee.

Do you offer a warranty on retro games?

Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all products. If a game doesn't work as expected, we provide a free replacement or full refund.

Are your retro games original or reproductions?

We carry both. Authentic original games are labeled as authentic on their product page; everything else is a premium reproduction, and each listing says which it is. Every game is boot-tested on original hardware, save-verified, and backed by our 100% quality guarantee with free US returns.
