Frequently Asked Questions

Are the sticks and buttons tight, or worn out?
Every controller is tested for stick drift, button response and trigger feel before it ships. Anything that doesn't pass doesn't get listed.

Is this an official controller or a third-party one?
This is a quality third-party controller unless the listing states otherwise — it's tested to the same standard as our official units and costs noticeably less.

Will this work with Nintendo 64?
Yes. This controller is confirmed compatible with Nintendo 64 and is tested on original hardware before shipping.

What if it doesn't work?
Contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return-shipping games, no restocking fees.
