Frequently Asked Questions

Are the sticks and buttons tight, or worn out?
We test sticks for drift and press every button before shipping — no mushy buttons, no wandering cursor.

Is this an official controller or a third-party one?
This is a quality third-party controller unless the listing states otherwise — it's tested to the same standard as our official units and costs noticeably less.

Will this work with Nintendo (NES)?
Yes. This controller is confirmed compatible with Nintendo (NES) and is tested on original hardware before shipping.

What if it doesn't work?
Contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return-shipping games, no restocking fees.
